Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard has penned an open letter in response to the previous posts by fellow band members Aubrey O'Day and Shannon Bex as well as O'Day's allegations of violence by Richard.
Last week, the girl group announced that they had split for a second time after O'Day wrote a letter on the group's website claiming she had been punched by a fellow group member. A report by TMZ.com named Richard as the aggressor in the attack. On Saturday, Richard wrote on Facebook, "I am sorry to everyone that this news has to come out. You're worth more. Certain choices were made that I am not proud of. However, I will not be disrespected.
The music has stopped (again) for Danity Kane.
The girl group announced Friday that they have broken up a second time following allegations by Aubrey O'Day that she was punched by one of the other members of the group.
