Just as in real college life, the midseason finale of ABC Family's Greek balances out the promise of joy and celebration (as Rusty and Calvin inch closer to brotherhood) with the angst that often accompanies the quest for true love. Scott Michael Foster, who plays easygoing Kappa Tau prez Cappie, gave us a sneak peek at the big episode (airing Tuesday at 9 pm/ET) and one very unexpected twist. Not only does he play a booze hound on TV, but ABC Family's resident frat boy, Scott Michael Foster, would seem to enjoy his libations in reality as well. According to TMZ, the Greek star was slapped with a DUI early Monday morning in Hollywood.Foster, who plays the president of Kappa Tau (the party frat) on the series, was charged and released, and set to head back to court on Aug. 11 to face his charge. — Gina DiNunno

ABC Family's hit show Greek will return from "winter break" this Monday at 8 pm/ET. TVGuide.com caught up with Scott Michael Foster, who plays the wise-cracking Cappie from the raunchy Kappa Tau fraternity at Cypress U. We were dying to know what happens to our favorite frat boy this semester.
TVGuide.com: Tell me about your relationship with Spencer Grammer (Casey). Do you guys have a lot of fun together, and did you have a lot of instant chemistry?
Scott Michael Foster: Oh yeah, she's awesome…. The whole cast, we all hang out together. It was really easy for us to play our roles because we [both think the other is] really cool, and we get along so well. So it's not a challenge to play like we're in love. If it was somebody who I thought is awful, that would be hard, but she's great.
