he opening reception for Contemporary Charleston 2010: Influence took place on May 20, 2010 at The City Gallery at Waterfront Park.
In this video, curators, Erin Glaze and Max Miller, explain the concept for this exhibition, where ten visual artists were paired with ten poets. This video also features a few pieces from each artist with excerpts from the poems they used for inspiration. The exhibition will be on display through July 3, 2010.
