The women of The Talk took it all off for the Season 3 premiere. Co-hosts Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood went makeup-free during Monday's episode.
The hosts weren't the only ones to go au naturel. Guest Jamie Lee Curtis also appeared without makeup.
The show started off with side-by-side photo comparisons of the ladies, allowing viewers to see the hosts' extreme make-unders — not to mention ample opportunities for self-deprecating humor!

Seven months after getting fired from The Talk, Leah Remini is finally ready to talk. Remini, 41, opened up Monday about why she and fellow co-host Holly Robinson Peete were let go after just one season — pointing the finger at co-host Sharon Osbourne.
"Sharon thought me and Holly were 'ghetto'. . . we were not funny, awkward and didn't know ourselves," Remini wrote on Twitter. "She has the power that was given to her."
