Bachelor's Chris Harrison: The Attack on Courtney You Saw on TV Was Worse in Person

The Bachelor, Courtney

It's been months since The Bachelor finished filming, but the eliminated women wasted no time in rehashing — and battling about — this past season on the Women Tell All episode. We checked in with host Chris Harrison, who shared his thoughts on Courtney's tearful apology, why Blakeley got off easy, and how viewers will see a very different Ben Flajnik on next week's After the Final Rose special.

The Bachelor Episode Recap: Women Tell All

This week's episode of The Bachelor marks my favorite hour of each season — The Women Tell All special! So get your smack-talk ready and let's get to recapping.

But wait! After Chris Harrison introduces the women, we get a sneak peek of the recent Bachelor Nation reunion in Las Vegas. There's lot of making out, a few faces we haven't seen in a while and a lot of casting possibilities for the next season of Bachelor Pad (Ed, Ryan P and Stacey, to name a few.) We also get a glimpse into a possible rekindling of flames between previous Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and Frank, who left her season for a girl that he's still with.

VIDEO: The Bachelor Ladies Turn on Each Other on Women Tell All Episode

The Bachelor

The Bachelor contestants get pretty feisty on Monday's Women Tell All episode -- and not all their bile is directed at Courtney.

In a special sneak peek of the special, Samantha takes aim at Blakeley for not being friendlier to the other women. Blakeley says she was simply more mature than everyone else. "I didn't bother with small-minded people," she says. Let's just say that ABC Standards and Practices earned their paycheck when dealing with Samantha's response.

The Bachelor Episode Recap: Week 4

The women head to Park City, Utah, on this week's episode of The Bachelor,  and it's not just the weather that's icy.

Rachel gets the first one-on-one and it's also the season's first helicopter date. She and Ben take off and when they land they set off in a canoe situated on a gorgeous secluded lake. It's not before long that the two share a kiss (and make some awkward noises), but it's get even more awkward — in a bad way — when they get back to land. It becomes evident these two don't have much to talk about.

The Bachelor Episode Recap: Week 3

The ladies arrive in San Francisco where Ben meets up with his sister Julia to tell her about some of the women who have stood out. He mentions, Lindzi, Courtney — with whom he thinks his sis would hit it off — Kacie B. and that Jennifer is the best kisser so far. Apparently, he and his sister are ...

The Bachelor Episode Recap: Week 2

It's Week 2 of The Bachelor and the women are off to Sonoma, Calif., to meet Ben in his hometown. While some of the women begin to form relationships with Ben, others continue their downward emotional spiral.

The first date card arrives at the house and it's for Kacie B. The others, of course, are jealous and Courtney even hopes she doesn't return. Ben arrives in his truck and takes her to explore his stomping grounds in downtown Sonoma. They head inside a café with a piano, and the two play a few chords before moving on to a candy shop. There, Kacie grabs a baton and shows off her twirling skills, which are impressive. Ben's twirling abilities? Not so much. They eventually land at dinner where Ben talks about returning to Sonoma after his father got sick. The conversation is easy. It's no surprise that Kacie gets a rose — and a kiss. And for an additional surprise Ben takes Kacie into a theater where a home video of her childhood — then his — is played.

Dancing with the Stars Parts...

Dancing with the Stars Parts of tonight's looong two-hour finale reminded me of a wedding (even more than that awful band usually does): the way the rejected couples marched in and did their obviously unchoreographed freestyle, and then the finalists kept giving their partners loving looks like they were at the altar. Other parts made me think that my DVR was acting up — we watched the same clips at least three times, just in varying lengths and orders. They had to be absolutely certain that we knew just how far these stars had come. OK, I did enjoy all those rehearsal scenes showing how adorable the relationships between the pros and their star students had become. I love how much emphasis Stacy, Tony, Drew read more

Dancing with the Stars The first...

Dancing with the Stars The first hour of reminiscences and replays seemed like ABC's lazy way of saying, "We're not intimidated by an American Idol results show or the early round of women figure skaters, but just in case, we'll wait until 9 to show any real dancing." We did learn that Drew would rather get his legs waxed than do the samba again — spoken like a compassionate married man! I don't quite know what to say about Samantha's quickstep. Though she got the steps down and everything, she still had that aura of someone who tries too hard to get you to like her. Jerry and Anna: Could they rub it in one more time that Jerry wouldn't be there if it weren't for the fans? The fox-trot was elegant, but his steps always look more read more

Smallville Even though the hype...

SmallvilleEven though the hype factor spiked to something like 25 on a scale of 1 to 10 regarding Smallville's 100th episode (you know, the one where someone close to Clark will die!), I really tried to be good and stay spoiler-free. But, of course, that didn't stop my inquiring mind from speculating. And I felt in my gut that the doomed one was going to be either Lana or Jonathan. And when Lana died, I just knew it was too easy. That first half of the show seemed like the recent Lexmas dream: It was all very fleeting and just not real. So when Clark begged his bioDad to let Lana live, I knew Mr. Kent was in trouble. After I finally accepted the inevitable — that Jonathan was gonna die — I became a tad bit weepy. Not so much for the character, but for the actor. John Schneider read more
