This is the trailer from a 72-minute feature DVD recorded at the Triple Door in Seattle. Choklate, soul music's skyrocketing new voice, sold out back to back shows the same night in early August 2007. That's 1800 through the doors in a single evening. We cut the two shows together taking the better performance song-by-song. The performance was particularly significant because it was the return home and final stop of the Hustle Hard Tour, which took Choklate all over the world (including a South American circuit with Breakestra as their female lead vocalist)...
You can feel the warmth of being surrounded by family and the way it puts the artist at ease. The complete package will drop in the spring along with the re-released debut album 'Choklate' which was critically lauded but poorly distributed. Now with new artwork and her own indie team assembled - Choklate is only a penstroke away from the deal that makes her career.
