
Police have identified the mystery woman who checked Ryan Jenkins into the motel in which he was found dead, but will not reveal her identity as they continue investigating Jenkins' death and whether he received help eluding authorities.
"We don't want to identify this individual," Sgt. Duncan Pound of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said in a news conference Monday. "This is not someone we feel is a risk to the public."

The woman, currently a person of interest, could be charged with aiding Jenkins' illegal escape into Canada and as an accessory after the fact in the murder of Jenkins's ex-wife, Jasmine Fiore, Pound said.

Ryan Jenkins, the reality show contestant sought in the murder of his model ex-wife, has been found dead of an apparent suicide in a motel in British Columbia, The Associated Press reported Sunday.
Sgt. Duncan Pound of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police border integrity unit said in a press conference that police responded to a call about a dead person found in Hope, east of Vancouver. He called investigators searching for Jenkins.

Executives at VH1 are uncertain about whether the network will air reality show I Love Money 3, which features Ryan Jenkins, the man charged with murder in the death of his ex-wife.
Production on the latest cycle in the I Love Money franchise wrapped earlier this year and was expected to air in 2010, according to the Associated Press. A spokesman for the network told the AP that no decision about the show's future had been made.
Jenkins, who was one of 17 bachelors competing for the affection of former Rock of Love contestant Megan Hauserman on Megan Wants a Millionaire, is suspected in the murder of Jasmine Fiore, his ex-wife and former bikini model.
