The New York Giants' Scottish-born kicker Lawrence Tynes — who nailed the game-winning field goal in Sunday's NFC victory at Green Bay — will sit down with Dave Letterman tonight on Late Show (Jan. 23, 11:35 pm/ET, CBS)....The starters for the NBA All-Star Game will be announced on TNT's pre-game show NBA Tip-Off on Thursday (Jan. 24, 7 pm/ET). The All-Star game will be played Sunday, Feb. 17 (8:30 pm/ET, TNT)....ABC and ESPN have shuffled their NASCAR team, moving Rusty Wallace from lead race analyst to lead studio analyst. He'll be replaced in the booth by Dale Jarrett, who is retiring from racing. Jarrett, the 1999 NASCAR Cup champion, covered Busch Series races for ABC and ESPN2 last season. He is turning in his car keys after the first five races of this year's Sprint Cup series. In addition, Allen Bestwick will join Wallace and Brad Daugherty on the studio team. (Say goodbye to Brent Musberger and Suzy Kolber.) Bestwick worked the pits for ABC and ESPN last year.
