The Punisher -- After his wife and family are killed, G-Man Frank Castle takes it upon himself to distribute punishment to those responsible for the vendetta.

Undercover FBI agent Frank Castle (Thomas Jane) is crushed when his wife and children are killed after accidentally witnessing a mafia hit. With nothing left to lose or to live for, Castle becomes "The Punisher" -- a one-man judge, jury and executioner who declares open season on criminals throughout America. Based on the Marvel Comics character, the film also stars John Travolta, Laura Harring, Samantha Mathis and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos.

The Punisher walks through a world darkened by war, crime, cruelty and injustice and has no superpowers to battle the evil he sees. Yet his intelligence and years of combat experience only help his resolve to avenge those wronged by society's villains.
