The Bachelor, Jamie and Ben
After weeks of waiting to have her first kiss with Ben, Jamie finally made a move leading to one of The Bachelor's most cringe-worthy awkward moments. In this week's chat with host Chris Harrison, he explains that the New York nurse was out of her element, why the two-on-one date could've gone either way and how next week Ben finally confronts Courtney.
With a second season of Bachelor Pad now officially in the works, we asked previous Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants whether they'd be up for the spin-off series. While some have no doubts about doing it, others were a bit more conflicted.
"The wounds were still a little raw from Bachelor, but now that I've had time to cool down a little bit it's something I'd consider," Season 14 Bachelor contestant Rozlyn Papa said. "But it's going to be a tougher decision."
Fresh off the airing of The Bachelor's "Women Tell All" special, host Chris Harrison sat down with TVGuide.com to discuss Rozlyn Papa's bombshell claim. Plus: Harrison discusses the finale and why it's not the "most dramatic" yet, this season's dearth of hot tub scenes and why they should've made better use of...
The Bachelor, Chris Harrison, Rozlyn
Rule No. 1 for reality show contestants: Don't mess with the host. The Bachelor's Chris Harrison took aim at what he called the "classless, tactless" tactics of booted contestant Rozlyn Papa after she claimed during Monday's "Women Tell All" episode that Harrison once hit on a producer's wife. Other contestants don't put much stock in anything she says: Papa was kicked off the show after the other women accused her of having a physical relationship with a Bachelor staffer during filming — something the single mother swore on her son's life never happened. (As some in the studio audience gasped.) Harrison said he wouldn't dignify Papa's claims with a response, but he's more than happy to talk about the Bachelor's final pick: "Jake is very much in love with who he's chosen," Harrison said.
If you still have questions about what happened with The Bachelor's Rozlyn and a member of the production team, you'll soon find out. That's the word from host Chris Harrison, who promises Monday's women-tell-all episode will include more of the ousted competitor's "antics" and "desperate attempts to get 15 more minutes of fame." Harrison says the episode will also explore what might have been with Jake Pavelka and the departed Ali, adding, "feelings are still there."
TVGuide.com: Will we learn more about Ali's choice to leave Jake for her job?
Chris Harrison: I know there's been a lot of questions about why she didn't get the time off, because she knew she was going on the show, but she'll explain all that...
The Bachelor, Chris Harrison
For Bachelor fans, wondering what happens to the contestants who don't receive that final rose, ABC is planning a summer spin-off called Bachelor Pad. Host Chris Harrison told TVGuide.com the new series will "bring all of our favorites back in more of an entertaining, fun way" and romance will certainly be the focus. "These people all get together, they've hooked up, we have engagements ... people love this stuff so why don't we show it?" Harrison also spoke about the current Bachelor season — Rozlyn scandal included — and about what has shocked him...
