There's a bad wind blowing, and a stray breeze has dropped the pesky theif Rose into Roy and Solty's livng quarters. It seems her hide-out got busted and the Anderson Gang is on the lam. Being quite the demanding roommate, the blond bandit quickly proves to be a bad influence on naive little Solty. When shipments of a precious antibody keep ending up pilfered, visions of black market deals come to mind. But the truth is rarely straightforward.
