Tavarez continues her hosting persona as the face of TV Guide Network’s contemporary design series READY, SET, CHANGE!
A native of New York City and Miami, Tavarez obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Dance and Art History from the University of Michigan, but her passion revolves around all aspects of art, including singing. She proved her skills during an audition for “Popstars”, a reality show on the WB Network, which resulted in the musical group Eden’s Crush. Tavarez, along with the four other girls of Eden’s Crush, recorded an album that reached the number one spot on the Billboard charts.
Her career in television began when she responded to an open call for Mun2 in Miami. She has since served as entertainment host on “Chat,” Protagonistas de la Musica's “Full Access” and “Fuzion,” the entertainment news show with an attitude. Tavarez has also appeared in The Roof’s entertainment news segment “The 411,” an in-depth coverage of the most talked about TV highlights from the past week. She also served as co-host for Fox’s syndicated talk show, “On the Air with Ryan Seacrest.”
