Rosanna Arquette, Medium
The last time they performed together was as kids in their parents' living room, but Patricia and Rosanna Arquette will finally reprise their act on the April 7 episode of Medium (Monday at 10 pm/ET, NBC) — albeit their roles are slightly different this time.
Rosanna guest-stars as a femme fatale in a murder case Patricia's visionary Allison DuBois character is investigating. "This episode is about this black-widow woman who's seducing men and killing them," reveals Patricia, who has been trying to convince her older sister to appear on Medium for four years. "It's fun because our killers aren't usually women."
Says Rosanna, "When [executive producer] Glenn Caron called, I was like, 'Ooh, I'd like to be a killer! A lady ki

And Rosanna makes three
as in, the third Arquette sibling to be involved in sister Patricia's soccer-mom-psychic thriller Medium. Rosanna will guest-star this spring as a "cougar" that prowls after younger men. She'll appear in Allison's dreams when her naughty activities turn deadly. Patricia is thrilled that her sis is dropping by, this after brothers Richmond and David guested and directed, respectively. As she told the AP, "I'm really excited about this part they wrote for [Rosanna] because she is a very strong comedic and dramatic actress and this requires both elements." She also joked, "Of course, every time one of my siblings comes on set, the crew realizes that I have yet another [one] nicer than me." Rosanna's episode is scheduled to air April 7 on NBC. Per People, the littlest of the singing Hanson sibs, Zac, and wife, Kate, are expecting their first child in May. His older bros, Isaac and Taylor, already have four kids between 'em. In related news, I will now look up anytime someone says, "Yo, Gramps!" Which is not necessarily so awful. Just this weekend, the British tabs caught "mature" soon-to-divorce Paul McCartney squiring Rosanna "I'm Not the One from Friends or the Transsexual" Arquette around a historic home in the U.K. Ben Katner

"Your mom was a stripper?" What a fuzzy-warm opening a budding relationship that's in the all-smiles phase. I'm excited about Adam and Heather (aka Summer) and her theory about waiting until the fifth date to get down and dirty. Jimmy thinks this is just a rebound thing, but you can see in Adam's eyes it's definitely not. Although, I wonder if his conversation with Jimmy sparked memories of Marjorie. In the hospital maternity ward, Brian's hair is growing on me, because it's actually done nicely.... Somebody found some mousse! "Are you high?" he asks Nicole when she says working for their father might actually be a good idea. He'd happily switch and grieve for her while she works for Dad. Oh Brian... chin up, buddy. I swear one day he'll be happy.... But we really wouldn't have a show if he found it now. Working for Dad means having boundaries. "I'm not expecting any favors, and I won't be asking for any," Brian says. And it's straight business from here on out as Dad lays do...

After an extra week to digest the news of Angelo's death, What About Brian returns in a somber state. We open at Angelo's service and with Dave trying to remember the lighter moments of his friendship, mixed in with a little lesson for everybody: Life's too short. But sadness quickly turns into the quirky tone that usually resonates in this show, as Karen creates a schedule for the friends to rotate looking after Nic. Despite Brian breaking up with her after the service, I have an unsettling feeling that she's not completely gone. But how long is she going to stick around? Because I'm really missing sweet, levelheaded Julie from Felicity while I'm watching Amy Jo Johnson play this irritating part.William Devane is stirring the pot as Nic and Brian's father. Their family history is slowly unfolding the mental health of their mom, the blame placed on their dad. Brian clearly still holds a grudge, and I'm quickly reminded of the sometimes-rebellious Matt we used to see on 7th He...

We didn't need a voice-over (all my respect to Meredith Grey) to spell out the symbolism cutting through this episode, and I'm feeling everyone's in for a rocky road (check out my interview with Rick Gomez for more). But it's all about second chances, right?Side note: I know it's supposed to be about Brian (Barry Watson), but can I just say that Dave (Rick Gomez) is the one who has me watching? The quiet guy. The guy who had the real thing and wants it back. The guy who calls his wife in the middle of a bachelor party. And I'm sure if she asked him to, he'd keep those fuzzy red handcuffs around his wrists for days, despite the embarrassment, if it meant helping his marriage. Handcuffs aside, everyone's hoping for another crack at happiness in this opener....Nic's (Rosanna Arquette) worry about pending motherhood is hovering over any baby joy she should be feeling. Deena (Amanda Detmer) tries to rediscover the romance she and Dave once had. Marjorie (Sarah Lancaster) visits a psychic...

Question: What About Brian?
Answer: The Josh Reims-led overhaul continues. Rosanna Arquette's on-screen hubby, played by Raoul Bova, has been let go, and three new characters are being introduced: a happily married couple in their early to mid-thirties, and a younger sister to Barry Watson.
