CBS is attempting to revive the 1960s series The Wild Wild West, according to Deadline.com.
The network has tapped Battlestar Galactica developer/executive producer Ron Moore and CSI executive producer Naren Shankar to write and executive-produce the remake. The duo previously worked together on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Twitchy Battlestar Galactica fans can rest a little easier.
The Sci Fi channel has given the green light to Caprica, the buzzed-about prequel to Battlestar, according to Variety. The cable channel has already produced a two-hour TV movie/backdoor pilot, which was set to debut in December, but will now launch the series in early 2010.
