Mayim Bialik, Jim Parsons
Question: So now that we have quickly and predictably sorted out CBS's switch of We Are Men with Mike & Molly (and you called that one out a long time ago), can we now focus on further obvious moves for the Fox, NBC and ABC sitcom slates? I know Fox wants to be in the Seth MacFarlane business, but how soon can we banish the 1990s relic Dads and replace it with Raising Hope, which is just screaming to be back on Tuesdays? Can NBC just return low-rated but at least cult classic Community back to Thursdays where yes, it will do poorly but at least it has 80-plus episodes to its name and more value than these dire new cadets, so bye-bye Welcome to the Family, which was wrongly paired with Parks and Recreation to begin with. I can also live without Sean Hayes' and Michael J Fox's "supposed" comebacks, but one step at a time for poor NBC.

What will Rachel's answer be?
That's what gleeks everywhere are no doubt wondering following Tuesday's helluva cliff-hanger: Finn, still directionless and newly hit with a boatload of bad news about his dad, got down on one knee and asked Rachel to marry him! TVGuide.com quizzed Glee star Cory Monteith about whether or not Finchel will soon be walking down the aisle, the Bee Gees tribute episode, singing en español, the movie he's producing for Fox 2000, another Glee tour and more!
Oh, and he'll "definitely" be back for Season 4. Yay!
Disorientation is nothing new for the loyal viewer — we hardy few — of Fox's fantastically bizarre Fringe (9/8c).
James Blunt by Stephen Lovekin/WireImage.com
Next week, James "You're Beautiful" Blunt will tape a Las Vegas guest appearance during which he'll sing his single, "Same Mistake," at a funeral. The episode will air early in the new year but probably still too late to shoot the ditty up the charts.... The Black Donnellys' Michael Rispoli and Prison Break alum Romy Rosemont have been cast in The Oaks, Fox's semi-spooky, semi-comedy pilot about three families occupying the same house in different eras. Alas, Rosemont's hiring means the luminous Gina McKee (Hugh Grant's wheelchair-using buddy in Notting Hill) has been canned. — Ben Katner
Per the Hollywood Reporter, Marcia Gay Harden (Mystic River) will play therapist to Jason O'Mara's insomniac detective in the ABC drama pilot Drift.... Jane Alexander (Warm Springs) has been cast as a witchcraft-wielding clan's matriarch in CBS' The Way.... Romy Rosemont (Shopgirl) has decided to swim with CBS' Shark, which stars James Woods as a celebrity-attorney-turned-prosecutor.
