Alyssa Campanella of California is the newly crowned Miss USA, beating out her "best friend," Ashley Elizabeth Durham of Tennessee.
Campanella calls herself as "a huge history geek," explaining: "I'm obsessed with the Stuart and Tudor era. .... Whenever I go to Barnes & Noble, I'm always in the history section and that is where you will find me." She also said she likes to watch The Tudors as well as Game of Thrones and Camelot.
Don't expect Andy Cohen to shy away from his Bravo personality when he hosts this year's Miss USA Pageant.
"People know me from quizzing the Housewives about very personal things, and I'm hoping to bring some of that to the pageant," Cohen says. "I want to really get in there a bit and get to know these women in an unexpected way."

In the end, he just couldn't follow the recipes. Chef Rocco DiSpirito, who danced with more enthusiasm than talent, got the plane ticket home he should've had last week. "Don't worry about me," he said, smiling, just moments after being eliminated.
