A kindly old priest reforms a collection of lovable fellows in his humble parish.

An arrogant TV star who thinks that children are to be seen and not heard, is worried that his show is failing because he is out of touch with the younger generation. He becomes a Boy Scout leader hoping that if he can learn how to interact with the youth they will be more inclined to watch his show.

A band leader returns from a lengthy USO tour and stops off at a stateside war plant for a quick show. Moore, a poor relation of the plant's owner, persuades Kyser to hire his daughter, Miller, to replace his vocalist who has quit the show for matrimony. Kyser falls for Miller while playing a series of musical numbers.
