Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for mental health issues at a facility in Arizona. Locklear's rep, Cece Yorke, said Tuesday: "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment." Anticipating the likely maelstrom of invasive media speculation on Locklear's progress, Yorke added that the matter is "confidential" and no further information would be released.Locklear, 46, has a 10-year-old daughter with Richie Sambora, who was arrested for DUI in March. Hours after prosecutors filed a DUI charge against Richie Sambora, he struck a deal. The Bon Jovi guitarist, who was arrested on suspected DUI last month, plead no contest to one misdemeanor count of driving with an illegal blood-alcohol content while driving, says the AP.The second charge, of driving under the influence of alcohol, was dropped in exchange for the plea. Sambora, who was not present at the Tuesday hearing in Orange County, was sentenced to three years of informal probation, a three-month alcohol awareness class for first-time offenders, plus court fees. When Sambora was arrested March 25, he was found with two children and a woman in the car. Child endangerment charges will not be filed. — Anna Dimond

Rock maven Richie Sambora was arrested for a DUI Tuesday night in Laguna Beach.The Bon Jovi guitarist was caught driving "erratically" in a black Hummer and was pulled over at around 11 pm. After failing several sobriety tests, he was left livin' on a prayer when he was taken to the police station. He reportedly complied with authorities and took a blood test. There was no sign of drug use.There were, however, three female passengers in the car with Sambora at the time of arrest. According to TMZ, one of them was his 10-year-old daughter, Ava, whose mother is his ex-wife, Heather Locklear.Sambora, who has had two stints in rehab, was released early Wednesday morning.
