Jack LaLanne, a TV pioneer who urged coach potatoes to get fit long before Richard Simmons and others, has died, his longtime agent told The Associated Press. He was 96.
Rick Hersh told the AP that LaLanne died of respiratory failure from pneumonia Sunday at his home in Morro Bay, Calif.

It's only been a few weeks since Jimmy Kimmel was doing you-know-what to you-know-who, but now he's back with a new video, this time with fitness and sweatband guru Richard Simmons to reportedly try some workouts (Disclaimer: getting "whipped into shape," according to People.com). Kimmel taped the new video in honor of his upcoming 1000th episode, airing April 3.
