Can you tell me who played ...

Question: Can you tell me who played Mr. Hall (the flying man) on Ally McBeal and what show he used to be on?

Answer: You mean the Mr. Hall who winged it across the river and collapsed of a heart attack so that narcissist Ally (Calista Flockhart) could once again make someone else's tragedy all about her? (No doubt it was only the belief that a better script lay across the river that kept the poor man aloft, and the disappointment at finding it wasn't there laid him low.) And did I mention that whole flying plot was ripped off from William Wharton's far superior book Birdy (though since no one in Hollywood reads, Kelley and Co. probably cribbed it from Alan Parker's movie version, which definitely had its moments, too)?

Question: I am thinking of a show that probably aired in the late '80s to early '90s that reminded me a lot of Air Wolf. The only difference was it featured a motor bike, not a helicopter. The motor bike was equipped with small guns and a missile launcher. I remember the storage place for the motor bike was an old brick building that looked rundown on the outside but was high tech on the inside. What show was this or was it a dream? Please tell me it was a show. Thanks.

Answer: It wasn't a dream, Luke, but it might have seemed it since Street Hawk, the show you're thinking of, ran only from January to May in 1985.

On the series, motorcycle cop Jesse Mach (Rex Smith) was working behind a desk after a bad accident when techie Norman Tuttle (Joe Regalbuto) offered Jesse a deal: restorative surgery for read more
