Elisabeth Moss

Question: I'm starting to think Elisabeth Moss is going to have a major problem to deal with next summer: deciding which Mad Men episode to submit for Emmy consideration! Peggy has always been one of Mad Men's most complex and intriguing characters, but this season it just feels like Moss and the writers providing her material have been stepping it up more and more in each episode. I can't decide which Peggy moment has been my favorite so far this season: her dabblings in '60s counterculture, her moving reaction to the news of Trudy Campbell's pregnancy, her clever takedown of the horrid new art director, or any of her scenes with Don in the heartbreaking "The Suitcase" episode. What really is blowing my mind is that we're only about halfway through this season of Mad Men. If it's this good already, I can't even imagine how great the climactic episodes are going to be! I just wanted to check in and see if you have been enjoying Peggy lately as much as I have been...

Bruno will play Lt. Jason Paul Dean, a freelance mercenary with ties to the private military company operated by Col. Merton Bell (Robert Patrick), an enemy of Gibbs (Mark Harmon). As we first reported, Dean is an imposing, edgy and dangerous former Army Ranger who was highly decorated before a screw-up in Afghanistan led to his dishonorable discharge — and he's not at all afraid to kill when necessary...

Will we find out whether Desmond was really on the plane on the season premiere of Lost? — Carrie
MICKEY: "We will answer that question very shortly in the show," executive producer Carlton Cuse tells us. "It will absolutely be clear whether he was on the plane or not." Does this help? We're also hearing that the next time Desmond appears, which might not be for a while, it'll be with Penny at his side.

What do you make of those Lost "Last Supper" pictures? — Landy
MICKEY: First off, let me put on my tin-foil hat so my thoughts can't be read. There, that's better. Let me ask you: Why do you think there are two images? Is ABC just offering us a bit of photographic variety or are the twin images themselves a clue to how things go down in Season 6? Could the skulls indicate impending deaths, albeit in alternate timelines? These are questions worth asking.
Should I be worried about Mer and Der on Grey's Anatomy? — Ana

NCIS
Rena Sofer isn't having a hard time keeping her character's secrets on her guest stint on NCIS.
That's because, according to the 24 and Heroes vet, she doesn't know what those secrets are.
Rena Sofer lands at NCIS
Sofer's run on the show involves the investigation of a Navy pilot's death. Aerospace engineer Victor Tillman (guest star Marcus Giamatti) and his prototype jet packs become the focus of the investigation. But before Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and his team can get any answers from Tillman, they have to go through his hard-nosed attorney, played by Sofer.
"She's a high-priced lawyer, and she's not afraid of anybody," Sofer says of her character, Margaret Allison Hart. That includes Gibbs, against whom she holds some sort of mysterious grudge that even Sofer doesn't fully understand...

Rena Sofer by Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage.com
Rena Sofer, who last was seen on Monday-night television near-simultaneously playing 1) Nathan Petrelli's wife and 2) Jack Bauer's babymama sister-in-law, has scored a date with CBS' Two and a Half Men. Sofer will guest-star on the top-rated sitcom's Season 6 opener (airing Sept. 22) as a woman from Charlie Harper's past... whose son closely resembles Charlie. (Right down to the bowling shirts?)Hmmm. I didn't take math, but if this plays out right and that Angus kid keeps growing, I think we may get to retitle the show Three and a Half Men! Who's with me?Sofer's past TV credits include Coupling and Just Shoot Me. She also created (and won an Emmy for) the role of General Hospital's saucy and Brooklyn-bred Lois Cerullo Ashton.
