Two and a Half Men Exclusive: Did Rena Sofer Have Charlie's Baby?

Rena Sofer by Jeffrey Mayer/WireImage.com

Rena Sofer, who last was seen on Monday-night television near-simultaneously playing 1) Nathan Petrelli's wife and 2) Jack Bauer's babymama sister-in-law, has scored a date with CBS' Two and a Half Men. Sofer will guest-star on the top-rated sitcom's Season 6 opener (airing Sept. 22) as a woman from Charlie Harper's past... whose son closely resembles Charlie. (Right down to the bowling shirts?)Hmmm. I didn't take math, but if this plays out right and that Angus kid keeps growing, I think we may get to retitle the show Three and a Half Men! Who's with me?Sofer's past TV credits include Coupling and Just Shoot Me. She also created (and won an Emmy for) the role of General Hospital's saucy and Brooklyn-bred Lois Cerullo Ashton. — Matt MitovichCraving scoop? Saving the World: Redux

The Haitian repaid his debt by saving Peter. Jimmy Jean-Louis by Chris Haston/NBC

Episode Recap: "Four Months Ago"Bonsoir mes amis! Leah Friedman (Friday Night Lights, among other blogs) in for Casey tonight, and I figured I'd stick with the Montréal theme. I'm thrilled to be filling in for her for the second in what will hopefully become a series of great Heroes episodes. We all know about the griping (and yes, I've done my own fair share of it this fall) about how the season started out, but between last week and this week, I'm hoping we can all agree that the show is back on track. It was certainly a subtle episode by Heroes standards; more along the lines of last season's "Company Man" than anything else, and as a character study of the Petrellis, Elle and the Sanders family, it worked well — most of the time.First off, thank you Tim Kring for finally revealing just how in the hell Peter ended up in Ireland. We already knew that Nathan saved New York from Peter, but in dueling bouts of self-sacrifice, Peter rescued a falling, burning Nathan and deli... read more

Adrian Pasdar: Heroes' "Flying Man" Swoops by TV Guide

Adrian Pasdar, Heroes

You'd think a rock star was in the building the way the crowd poured into the TV Guide conference room when Heroes star Adrian Pasdar came by for a visit last Thursday. After pressing some flesh and autographing many TV Guide covers, Pasdar sat down with TVGuide.com to tease what's ahead for Nathan and that blonde beauty who's gunning for him. TVGuide.com: Do you know who we'll be taping over? [I play a tape of a female saying, "This is what I can tell you about her: In all of us there is an angel and a devil, and you get two-in-one with her."]Adrian Pasdar: That's Ali [Larter], the Jersey girl.... TVGuide.com: How's that for kismet? So last we tuned in, Jessica had just gotten her assignment to snuff Nathan. Why do I have the feeling that when the moment of truth comes, those two will end up having torrid sex instead?Pasdar: Well, we do end up in bed... but not like you think. I can't tell you any more than that, but read more

January 22, 2007: Day 6: 10 am — 11 am

Ladies and gentlemen readers of all ages my mind has officially been blown Mystery Bluetooth Man is Jacks brother Of all the possible answers to Whos this weasel pulling President Logans strings that we contemplated last season Im pretty sure I never would have come up with that one I still have no idea who the former Rocket Romanos working with or for but I cant wait to find out We know hes got issues with Jack both professionally to surveillance guy We should have killed Jack when we had the chance and personally to his wife the ubiquitous Rena Sofer You werent over Jack when we got married and youre still not But beyond that nothing but question marks Meanwhile I guess Jacks little crisis of faith has passed for the time being mere minutes after stepping down from his post as Worlds Most Bad-Ass Hero he was back in action scaling apartment buildings and hoisting helicopter-crash victims to safety Cue awesome explosion And this may say read more

Adrian Pasdar, Heroes: Will Nathan Kill to Keep His Secret?

Adrian Pasdar, Heroes

Here comes the bride. This week on NBC's fantastically popular Heroes (Mondays at 9 pm/ET), viewers will finally meet the thus-far (and conspicuously) MIA wife of Adrian Pasdar's political contender, Nathan Petrelli. (Just Shoot Me's Rena Sofer fills the bill as Heidi, the Mrs.) Might the arrival of his better half shed new light on Nathan's secret "ability," to fly? Or might her presence instead only introduce new questions? Surveying the marrieds' obviously fractured relationship, Pasdar tells TVGuide.com, "It was predicated on what I think is a common understanding of what it would take to be a politician's wife, and all the things that go along with that. And love, of course, factored in, heavily — in the beginning." (Suddenly, Nathan's read more

Exclusive Casting Scoop on 24, Boston Legal!

Infamous show-killer Rena Sofer (Blind Justice, Coupling) is joining 24 for a mult-episode arc, a well-placed source confirms. The General Hospital Emmy winner will play the wealthy, Bel Air wife of returning evildoer Graham, played by Paul McCrane. (And I was only half-joking about the show-killer thing. Me like Sofer.) Also, ex-Surface star Lake Bell will reprise her Boston Legal role of Sally Heep for two episodes this November. Now in totally unrelated news, our friends up North weren't the only ones who had the privilege of watching the second episode of Grey's Anatomy a whole week ahead of time. (Hint: I'm talking about me!) And as much as I loved last night's premiere, Episode 2 is so much better. You guys are gonna flip! read more
