Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane on Grey's Anatomy by ABC/Ron Tom

Seattle Grace newcomer Dr. Hahn has dubbed the reconciled friends "Pretty and Prettier," but Grey's Anatomy's Eric Dane tells TV Guide the buddies may be headed for another breakup. "[Mark and Derek] will continue to repair their friendship, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was torn apart again," he says. "That's what we're really good at doing on Grey's Anatomy — building relationships, breaking them up and putting them back together again." Dane spoke to TV Guide Thursday at Project Angel Food's Divine Design Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where he presented his actress-wife Rebecca Gayheart Dane (Vanished) with the Divine Design Woman of Style Award. "They say that behind every great woman of style is the lucky guy who zips up her dress," Dane said at the podium. "I wrote that." Joining him on stage, Gayheart Dane replied, "Thank you, babe. I'm blushing after that." — Reporting by Bekah Wright read more

Frederic Fekkai and Debra Messing by John Shearer/WireImage.com

Debra Messing took a break from her prepping for Sunday night's Emmy Awards to toast the opening of Frederic Fekkai's new salon and celebrate The Starter Wife's 10 nominations. She came straight to the Gersh Agency party from Kate Somerville's Emmy Gifting Suite where she had received an "Ultimate Kate facial." In honor of her nomination she wore a dress from The Starter Wife. For the Will & Grace alumna, Emmy prepping is almost like a second job. "Oh my goodness, it's head-to-toe prepping. It's facials, hair cut, hair color, eyebrow plucking, manicure, pedicure and of course the dress fittings and picking out jewelry shoes and bag. This is all today, tomorrow and Sunday."Also at the Gersh bash, Grey's Anatomy's T.R. Knight said he'll probably spend Emmy morning picking up his dogs feces, as that's all he's been doing lately. When asked if the other cast members are happy for each other he joked, "We all hate each other by now." Grey's McSteamy Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayhear... read more

Casting About: Rita Moreno Gets Ugly, and More

Oscar, Emmy, Grammy and Tony winner (what, couldn't score a Cleo?) Rita Moreno will guest-star on a May episode of Ugly Betty, playing (along with Six Feet Under's Justina Machado) long-lost Suarez family members. In the same ep, Rebecca Gayheart (Vanished) plays a woman Alex dated before his (her?) faked death. I see a chance here to put Aniston-Cox to shame. November 28, 2006: Reefer

So right away I was thinking Its not even December why are we getting a Christmas episode already Then I remembered that we only have two more episodes left for this season the season finale airs as early as December 12 and December begins this Friday Happy holidays Actually this episode was more like Halloween meets Christmas Id like to officially place Jacqueline Bissets James character in the category of TVs all-time creepiest characters As soon as Sean asked Reefer the homeless man Charles Haid to stay the night at McNamaraTroy after Sean stitched up his face I knew that James would make Reefer her next victim But I didnt expect her to kill him by removing just about all of his organs how refreshing Then I thought about it of course she had to kill him and strategically remove his body from the premises without the knowledge of the FBI surveillance guards If she kept him alive with just an organ or two removed it wouldve been too obvious read more

November 21, 2006: Diana Lubey

There are two types of NipTuck dream sequences The first is the kind used on most TV shows when a character is asleep and is dreaming or having a nightmare and we get to watch what theyre dreaming about The second is the kind weve been seeing more and more on this show and it usually involves Christian or Sean They either have a daydream or a hallucination theyre just envisioning someone in the room and that certain someone talks to them and sometimes Christian or Sean talk back This happens to Sean quite often because of Escobar which confuses him when its the real thing Tonight it was Christian who had an ongoing daydream involving a collection of his former loves and lusts mostly lusts of course Not surprising since Christian seems to finally be in love and is moving in with his new fiance Michelle so he is literally saying goodbye to his infamous bedroom and figuratively saying goodbye to the women hes bedded in the room I was impress read more

Disappearing Act
A new season kicks off with serial thrills

The hot trend of the new TV season can be summed up in three words: "To be continued…." Serialized thrillers, sudsy dramas and even comedies with cliff-hangers beg the question: How many of these complicated stories will we be willing to follow each week? Fox enters the fall race early with Prison Break's sleek new companion piece, Vanished (Mondays at 9 pm/ET) — not to be confused, though it will be, with NBC's upcoming Kidnapped. This is what you'd get if Without a Trace somehow turned into a cartoonish conspiracy chase thriller. The missing person is the lovely wife of a Georgia senator, who disappears durin read more
