Beyoncé was the big winner at Sunday's BET Awards, which both began and ended under violent circumstances.
Hours prior to the show, two separate incidents occurred that resulted in one death and several injuries. According to The Hollywood Reporter, gunfire broke out at an unaffiliated pre-party for the show and ended with five people being injured, one fatally. A man was also stabbed at another BET pre-show party, but is listed in stable condition. No one is in custody for either incident and BET says both parties were unauthorized and unaffiliated with BET.read more
