In this dizzy 1960s spoof, comic Morey Amsterdam ("The Dick Van Dyke Show") stars as a grill chef named Charlie Yuckapuck who's mistaken for a fugitive cosmonaut by agents of a sinister foreign nation called Klavashia. After getting fired and starting work in a friend's bookstore, Yuckapuck becomes the center of an intense espionage operation. Further complicating things, a pair of thieves plan to go through the bookstore to break into a bank.
