Ellen Pompeo has more than 200 episodes of on-screen drama under her belt as Meredith Grey on Grey's Anatomy, but now the actress is dishing on some of the behind-the-scenes shakeups.

But there's oh so much more that will be happening at the hospital, so you might need a quick refresher on where we left off — and a juicy tease about what comes next in Season 10:
Grey's Anatomy returns for its 10th season next week, picking up right where we left off in May, and TVGuide.com has the exclusive first look at the premiere.
Does this Grey's Anatomy sneak peek reveal who dies?
In the sneak peek below, it's Webber (James Pickens, Jr.) who will offer up the narration in the two-hour premiere as he will be fighting for his life after being electrocuted by the generator in last season's finale. But he's not the only one fighting...
