Greetings, TVGuide.com Grey's Anatomy fans! I'll be your new recapper for Season 11. Some of you may recall that I vowed to give up on Grey's halfway through last season, but unlike Katherine Heigl, I just can't seem to quit this show. Let's get right to it.

Answer: Plenty of drama — both at home and at work. Would you expect anything less?! In the season finale, the new head of cardio Margaret Pierce (Kelly McCreary) was revealed to be the half-sister of Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), whom their mother Ellis Grey (Kate Burton) gave up for adoption. Her father? Dr. Webber (James Pickens Jr)!
