Doing her best to deflate reports that a post-divorce settlement was arrived at on Tuesday, Pamela Bach says nothing has been officially signed off on, if only because ex-hubby David Hasselhoff has been MIA at key confabs. "Although Pamela has been working hard to put this divorce behind her... since David was unavailable to attend Friday's conference meeting, an agreement was not signed," a rep for Bach tells Extra. "Despite published reports, a settlement has not been reached nor finalized. (Although there are no details about the sought-after files, Hasselhoff has entered rehab for alcohol abuse on at least two occasions.) Isn't anyone worried about how all of this will affect not just the couple's two children but Hobie?
