Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles
At Sunday's packed Comic-Con panel for Supernatural, stars Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark A. Sheppard and executive producer Jeremy Carver gathered to discuss the series entering its 10th season this fall. That will make 10 years of Sam and Dean fighting demons (and each other), 10 years of driving around in a '67 Impala and 10 years of "Carry On Wayward Son."
What else can we expect? Check out the highlights below for the scoop:

Somebody get Dean (Jensen Ackles) a box of tissues, a bottle of whiskey and some serious ammo, because the eldest Winchester is hurting bad when Supernatural returns Tuesday.
But Dean doesn't have time to sit around and mope. He's got to get his brother Sam (Jared Padalecki) back and avenge the tragic death of Kevin (Oscric Chau). Supernatural showrunner Jeremy Carver chatted with TVGuide.com about exactly how Dean plans on pull it all off. Plus: He tells us what's next for Castiel (Misha Collins) now that he has his grace back, what Gadreel's real intentions are and more.
Kim Rhodes, Osric Chau
Supernatural will always be the story of Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles), but over the years the series has introduced dozens of other characters who have found beloved homes in the fandom. And on Tuesday's episode (9/8c, The CW), Sheriff Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) returns again when she calls on the Winchesters to help investigate four missing virgins. (Hey, at least it's a step up from dating Crowley!)
Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins
Castiel's first attempt at hunting on Supernatural was a cartoonish comedy of errors — and that was with his angelic superpowers! So how will it go now that Cas is human?
"Now you just have an awkward human being with Dean, whose very comfortable in these shoes and totally understands walking into a crime scene. But you get awkward boy over here doing it all wrong," Jensen Ackles tells TVGuide.com. "It makes for some good comedic moments."

"Sorry, Sam, you are well and truly alone."
That taunt at the end of last year's Supernatural finale sets up the psychological drama for Season 8, which kicks off Wednesday (9/8c, The CW). Sam and Dean Winchester (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles) reunite in the premiere, but all is not as it once was. It's been a year since they've fought evil together, and each of the brothers have spent that time in very different, life-altering ways.
