A rancher and his daughter are about to be swindled out of their oil-rich property by a local gangster. Tom steps in and saves the property by renewing their lease for them in the nick of time. Tom later comes nose to nose with the gangster, who by now is guilty of attempted murder! Recommended. Music score. 16mm. watch

(1935, Puritan) Tim McCoy, Nora Lane, Hooper Atchley, Joe Girrard, Bud Osborne, Gorege Offerman Jr. This is a splendid western Robin Hood-type vehicle with Tim as a bad(?)man who leads his gang in a series of stagecoach robberies (they also rustle cattle on the side). However, it turns the only person victimized by their thieving is a corrupt cattle rancher named Sanderson, who's responsible for the murder of Tim's longtime friend. McCoy was probably the best "actor" of the B western stars and really shows it here. From a very nice 16mm original print. watch
