In case you've been left hanging over the summer, Nicollette Sheridan is indeed still in the cast as the Wisterians return for Season 4. And it’s a good thing: Looks like she’ll be keeping things plenty interesting between Gaby and Carlos. Elsewhere tonight, Bree and Lynette are having trouble keeping their secrets (a fake pregnancy and cancer, respectively, in case you've forgotten). Then there's new neighbor Katherine Mayfair (Dana Delany). Actually, she's an old neighbor, back for a second stint on Wisteria Lane, which means she knows how to play “I've Got a Secret,” too. — Paul Droesch

It's always a treat when we get answers to questions that have been baffling our minds. But in the true Desperate Housewives tradition, questions still remain unanswered, so our head-scratching never truly comes to an end. Alma is alive and has been in hiding and in cahoots with Gloria (Dixie Carter) all this time. But where has she been? Has she been hiding because Orson was the one who killed Monique or did Mike? Since Mike still has amnesia, he doesn't even know (although Monique's blood was on Mike's wrench — uh-oh). When I saw Valerie Mahaffey listed with tonight's guest stars in the opening credits, I figured it was because she'd be seen in only flashbacks. When Gloria called that mystery person on her cell phone and said "meet me on the corner in an hour," my smart roommate Jason yelled: "I bet it's Alma!" I liked Susan sneaking into Orson's office and finding the evidence that he was in a mental hospital for psychological depression when he was younger. Plus, Susan hear...

Answer: Doesn't look like it, but my Housewives mole tells me that they are giving Nicollette Sheridan a hot, almost 18-year-old nephew named Austin. Also, that new love interest for Susan I told you about a few weeks ago? They're thinking of making him British.

Nicollette Sheridan, who plays Desperate Housewives man-eater Edie, is no longer engaged to Swedish actor Nikolas Soderblom. The couple "have parted ways after a year and a half," Sheridan's rep tells People. "They ask that you respect their privacy at this time" — or else Paul Young will pay you a visit with a blender.

Steven Spielberg has at long last settled on a title for his forthcoming thriller about the aftermath of the killing of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, and it is way out there: Munich will hit theaters Dec. 23.... Desperate Housewives' Nicollette Sheridan has joined the cast of The Cleaner, a comedy about an amnesiac janitor (Cedric the Entertainer) who thinks he is a spy. Sheridan will play the janitor's wife.... Jodie Foster, MIA from the director's chair since 1995, will go behind the camera for Sugar Kings, a courtroom drama about a lady lawyer who reps migrant workers in their case against a sugar baron.
