Video: What Secret Did the Baywatch Cast Spill During their Reunion?

What was the toughest part about being on the hit show Baywatch? According to the cast during a recent reunion, it was staying fit.

"There was a lot of pressure and you didn't have a choice. You either [look good] or go," star Traci Bingham says in the video below. "It was in my contract that you really had to stay fit and stay in shape or you're off the show." About the famous weight clause, Nicole Eggert adds, "There was a five pound fluctuation, you couldn't go up or down five pounds."

Splash's Rory Bushfield: I Came in with an Advantage

Splash crowned its first winner Tuesday and Rory Bushfield walked away with the Crystal Splash trophy (yes, that's what it's called). The extreme freestyle skier and his insane acrobatics, not to mention ruptured eardrum, emphatically beat out Drake Bell and runner-up Nicole Eggert, who suffered a nasty and literal backflop into the water on her final dive. "It was up to the fans [to vote for the winner], so you never know what's going to happen," Bushfield tells TVGuide.com. "But Nicole was pretty badass. She went for that double and almost had it." See whate else Bushfield, had to say about his victory, if Bell was really calling him out and doing the show for his late wife, pioneering freestyle skier Sarah Burke.

Few things are more pleasing to our ears than Splash's hilarious personalized contestant walkout songs. And few things are more surprising to Splash supervising producer/in-house lyricist Rick Austin than the growing demand for them.

Get the scoop on 39 must-see finales

"It's kind of crazy how much people love them," Austin tells TVGuide.com. "ABC had to start putting them up online [after each person's elimination]. The funny thing to us is that people might have them on their iPods, like they're actually real songs. You get ...

Louie Anderson Dives "for America" and Captions Splash GIFS

Louie Anderson knows that Splash is completely outrageous — but that's why you should watch.

"ABC didn't put it on because they thought it was groundbreaking," he tells TVGuide.com. "They put it on because hey, this is what traditionally TV has been about. It's something purely fun. Just sit back, don't think and enjoy it. Don't take it seriously."

8 Reasons Why You Need to Watch Splash

If you are watching Splash earnestly, you're doing it wrong. ABC's celebrity diving show is no game-changer to the reality genre. It's not going to dethrone The Amazing Race at the Emmys, let alone make the nominees list. Splash is terrible — but in the most amusing way possible. It's categorically ridiculous, daffy, harmless (well, except for you, Chuy), lighthearted, addictive and fun — and really, isn't that what TV should be? Don't believe us? Here are eight reasons why it's time to get off a get off your TV high horse and, uh, dive in.
