War is going to disrupt Sleepy Hollow in more ways than one.
"War can tear a town apart but also a family," series co-creator Roberto Orci said at the Television Critics Association fall previews on Sunday. "Can [Ichabod and Katrina] redeem their son or not?"
House of Cards star Sakina Jaffrey and One Tree Hill alum Matt Barr have joined the cast of Sleepy Hollow in recurring roles for Season 2, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Abbie is in purgatory. Ichabod has been buried alive. Irving is going to jail. Katrina is in Headless' clutches. And Jenny might be dead. That's how Sleepy Hollow left our favorite heroes at the end of Season 1 when supposed ally Henry Parrish (John Noble) revealed himself to be not just Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Katrina's (Katia Winter) long-dead son, but also War of the Four Horsemen.

When the Fox drama returns...
Sleepy Hollow has promoted John Noble and Lyndie Greenwood to series regulars for Season 2, Deadline reports.
Noble, who appeared in a three-episode arc during the Fox hit's freshman season, plays Jeremy, the son of Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Katrina (Katia Winter) who is also War, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Sleepy Hollow dropped a mother of reveal in its season finale: Henry Parrish (John Noble) is not only War of the Four Horsemen, but he's also the son of Katrina (Katia Winter) and Ichabod (Tom Mison).
But the War reveal wasn't the only shocking moment in the finale. Abbie (Nicole Beharie) was left in purgatory, Ichabod was buried alive, Katrina was taken by Headless, who caused Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood) to get in a horrific car accident, and Irving (Orlando Jones) took the fall for his daughter killing the priest. Suffice it to say, no one is in position to take on War.
What's in store for Season 2? Is Jenny really dead? TVGuide.com caught up with executive producer Roberto Orci to get the scoop:
