Revenge returns in January for three episodes before going on hiatus again until March. Here's a peek at new storms heading to the Hamptons.

After what many considered a disappointing sophomore season, Revenge's new showrunner is taking the show back to basics.
"Last season was very much about destiny, but it got pulled into so many different worlds and got so big and spectacular. So our goal this year is to really take a breath, slow it down and catch up with our characters where they are from where the season ended," executive producer Sunil Nayar tells TVGuide.com. "We're bringing everything back to the world of the Hamptons, and [we] really embrace the lush romance and the intrigue that is the Hamptons."

Can't wait for the final season of Dexter! Do you have any Deb-and-Dexter scoop? — Claire
NATALIE: As if Dexter hasn't made Deb's life complicated enough, he'll do something in the season premiere that he believes to be noble, but will lead Deb to repeat a past mistake — and that's very bad. As a result, don't be surprised when these close siblings become adversaries.

ADAM: Well, you're assuming that Deeks makes it out of Sidorov's torture trap alive....
Perhaps attempting to deflect the flak that producers took for not killing off a series regular in any of its murder mysteries, ABC's Revenge ended Season 2 by killing poor Declan (Connor Paolo) after an explosion at the Grayson Global offices.
Whose days are numbered on Revenge? Viewers will find out by the end of Sunday's two-hour season finale.
"For the first time, one of our core cast members will not survive the season," executive producer Mike Kelley tells TVGuide.com.
As the season winds down, The Initiative is kicking its plan into high gear, staging a city-wide blackout that signals that something major is about to go down. But who is the group's target? And will the death be by its hands? Or will the victim — and the killer — come as a complete surprise? We rank each of the main cast members' odds for demise.
Nick Wechsler, Josh Bowman, Gabriel Mann
Not an episode of Revenge goes by without at least one shocking backstab or well-played plan. It's no surprise, then, that game playing comes naturally to the three hunks who have spent the last two seasons competing for Emily Thorne's (Emily VanCamp) attentions on ABC's addictive drama.

Has Revenge really seen the last of Padma? Not entirely.
"The only time anyone is ever really dead is when you see them laying on a slab in the morgue," Gabriel Mann tells TVGuide.com. "[Although] where we left Padma at the end of the last episode was as close to the morgue as possible, I would say at the same time her story line is far from finished."

On the ABC show's last episode, Nolan (Mann) learned that his girlfriend Padma (Dilshad Vadsaria) was dead at the hands of The Initiative. But while only Aidan (Barry Sloane) technically saw her lifeless, the case could be made that he lied about her fate. On Sunday's episode (9/8c, ABC) Nolan will go in search of his own answers surrounding his love. What will he learn in the process? What happens when he uncovers his nemesis, The Falcon? And which surprising person is Nolan teaming up with in the season finale? Mann tells all below.

Remember when Revenge was actually about Emily Thorne avenging her father's death and wrongful life sentence?
When the ABC series premiered last fall, viewers found their new guilty pleasure in watching the soapy, addictive drama that starred Emily VanCamp as an abandoned juvie alum-turned-fearless woman determined to stop at nothing to prove that her father David was not responsible for taking down Flight 197. Although Emily got caught up in a love triangle with Daniel (Josh Bowman) and Jack (Nick Wecshler) along the way, the show rarely veered from its main mission — and that red pen. But has Season 2 lost its way? With its complicated and confusing arcs, the addition of two main characters who aren't very likable — Aidan (Barry Sloane) and Kara (Jennifer Jason Leigh) — and a lack of action and actual vengeance, it seems like Revenge could use some help returning to its freshman season glory.
