Malin Akerman, Bradley Whitford and Michaela Watkins
Malin Akerman vividly remembers when she first heard about the project Trophy Wife.
"When I first read the title Trophy Wife I was not interested," she tells TVGuide.com. "I was like I don't want to play a trophy wife. To me, that's just a vapid, no-brains, really uninteresting [character] to watch."
Yes, it's no secret that the title trophy wife is typically one that makes people bristle. "It was part of the idea, actually, to turn that stereotype on its head," co-creator Sarah Haskins says. Adds co-creator Emily Halpern: "What if we do tell the story of a trophy wife but...
On Tuesday, the world was denied waking up with Al Roker. For the first time in nearly 40 years, Roker overslept and missed his show Wake Up with Al.
"After 39 years, it happened. I overslept and missed a show. Missed #WUWA. But will be on time for @today," Roker tweeted.

The moment would be slightly more romantic if a) he was in love with Mindy, b) it wasn't Valentine's Day and c) he didn't completely trip over himself on...
