Ben and Kate's Dakota Johnson on Kate's Happy Halloween — and "Hunky Love Interest"!

Trick or treat? That's what Kate (Dakota Johnson) will find out on Tuesday's Halloween episode of Ben and Kate (airing at 8:30/7:30c on Fox), when she decides to abandon her typically conservative attitude towards the holiday — i.e. dressing her daughter Maddie (Maggie Elizabeth Jones) up as young historical figures — at the encouragement of her flirtatious friend BJ (Lucy Punch). Responsible mom Kate even gets into the Halloween spirit herself, accepting an invitation from her cute neighbor to attend a costume party at his house — and not being shy about showing her interest in him when she arrives.

Dana Fox was working on New Girl last year when she came up with the idea of developing a show loosely based on her brother, Ben (he's currently an ad exec but years ago was a bit of a free spirit). The siblings' real-life relationship forms the basis of Fox's Ben and Kate, (Tuesdays, 8:30/7:30c). Fox Gives Full-Season Orders to Ben & Kate, The Mindy Project

Fox has given full-season orders to new comedies The Mindy Project and Ben and Kate, Fox announced Monday.

Where there's hope, there's laughter. And where there's Raising Hope, which returns for a third season tonight on Fox (8/7c), the laughter is of a particularly shameless quality. Take Sabrina's grandmother Nana — please! Actually, as the episode begins, this glam granny has already been taken to the great beyond, her body laid out for the wake in a scenario that almost sounds like a Bones episode: "The Body in the Buffet." (The vain Nana having requested her body be put in the kitchen so people would notice — which Cloris Leachman's unhinged Maw Maw certainly does.)
