Henri (guest star Anthony Cistaro), Woody's French nemesis, receives a deportation letter from the Immigration and Nationalization Service forcing him to leave the U.S. within two days. Since this will clear the way for Woody to finally ask Kelly (guest star Jackie Swanson) to marry him, Woody decides to throw his rival a going-away party. Henri arrives at the party downbeat and dejected because of his impending deportation. Noticing his mood, Kelly is concerned for her friend's well being and offers to do anything to help; Henri jumps at the opportunity. If an American citizen, such as Kelly, married him, he could stay in the U.S. forever. Kelly agrees to the plan, and the couple heads to city hall. Woody is crushed, sure he has lost Kelly forever, until Sam talks him into fighting for her. Unfortunately, Woody's got wedged in between the glass rack above the bar, so Sam rushes off to stop Kelly until Woody can get downtown. Meanwhile, Lilith convinces a reluctant Frasier to undergo acupuncture to relieve his chronic headache. watch
