Williams is a huge proponent of healthy lifestyles, and his show, Living Well with Montel, tackles the challenges people face in the realms of mind, body and spirit.

After 17 years of daytime talking, Montel Williams' stint is done, according to CBS Distribution. There will be no more new episodes of his syndicated talk show after this season, but CBS will give stations still hungry for him a Best of Montel package for 2008-2009.While CBS had already decided not to renew the show next season, some stations had already signed deals. Instead of new eps, they'll get the "best of" package, which was cleared in a cash deal, saving them money and the need to fill Montel time slots.
