After five seasons, Nickelodeon's hit series iCarly will be coming to an end, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. In June, the cast will come together for the last time to film a special iCarly television event that will air in November.
"Everyone at iCarly has been like family to me for five years," creator and executive producer Dan Schneider told TVGuide.com. "When we film our very last scene, there will be a lot of crying, I know. But I also know that in television, you don't want to over-stay your welcome. I want to go out the way we are — on a creative high-note. "
iCarly, Wizards of Waverly Place, Good Luck Charlie and Victorious have been nominated for a Kids' Choice Award in the Favorite Show category, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
"I am so excited that iCarly has been nominated," the show's star Miranda Cosgrove told us. "I am also honored and thankful that the fans are still supportive of the show after all these years."
