Mickey Rooney has been granted a restraining order against his stepson, The Associated Press reports.
According to court documents, the veteran actor, who rose to stardom in the 1930s, is claiming that Chris Aber has been withholding food and medicine from him and meddling in his personal finances. Earlier this week, a Los Angeles Superior Court approved the order that requires Aber to stay 100 yards away from Rooney.
