Look who has found herself back on Lost. Michelle Rodriguez, who famously and hastily was written off of the ABC serial not long after she was pinched in Hawaii on DUI charges, will resurface in the new season's second episode, sources confirm for TVGuide.com.Lest you truly believe in the unbelievable, though, it should be noted that M-Rod's Ana Lucia will appear only in the one episode, possibly as part of a Hurley-centric flashback (as EW's Ausiello speculates). Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros (who played Libby to her Ana Lucia) were arrested in Oahu on Dec. 1, 2006, on suspicion of driving their respective cars under the influence of alcohol in Oahu. Though both of their Lost characters were dispatched later in the TV season, show producers maintained that Ana Lucia was always a short-term role. Watros' Libby cameo'd this past season, as an apparition to Michael. Matt MitovichRelated: Michelle Rodriguez Starts Six-month Jail Stay Lost Alum Accused of Probation Vi...

Lost alumna Michelle Rodriguez on Sunday reported to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Los Angeles — the same lock-up Paris Hilton briefly called home earlier this year — to begin a six-month sentence for failing to complete community service and alcohol monitoring as part of her probation from a 2003 drunken driving incident.A judge handed Rodriguez the jail time in October, and prohibited her from being granted early release before she had served 180 days.

Another Lost cast member is now in trouble with the local authorities. The Honolulu Advertiser reports that Daniel Dae Kim was arrested around 3 am Thursday, Oct. 25, on suspicion of drunken driving and was booked in a Honolulu Police station. Kim, released at 5:05 am, was escorted out of the station by two police officers but did not talk to reporters.Lost castaways are not new to run-ins with the law. Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were both arrested in 2006 for DUI, while Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was arrested in 2006 for disobeying a police officer.

Michelle Rodriguez by Theo Wargo/WireImage.com
Prosecutors have accused Michelle Rodriguez of violating her probation in a 2003 drunk-driving case by failing to complete her community service and not following an alcohol education program. If the actress is found to have violated her probation, she could face between 477 and 537 days in jail and a $2,000 fine. Her attorney on Friday blamed "a clerical error" for the community-service discrepancy. A hearing is set for Oct. 12.... Kiefer Sutherland on Friday was officially charged with single counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08. If convicted, he faces a max of a year in jail and a minimum of four days. If found guilty of violating probation with his second DUI in 10 years, he could get hit with an additional six months.

Who knew anything good could come out of Bloodrayne? In a November 2006 interview with The Advocate, Kristanna Loken (currently headlining Sci Fi's Painkiller Jane) hinted that she and Bloodrayne costar Michelle Rodriguez were more than BFFs. Rodriguez herself is now confirming the lipstick-lesbian rumor, in the current issue of Curve. VH1, I think you just found your next celebreality show. Reporting by Raven Snook

Melrose Bickerstaff, America's Next Top Model
Over the course of this cycle of America's Next Top Model, Melrose Bickerstaff was called every name in the book, and right now, I'm going to call her another one: misunderstood. Sure, the 23-year-old (or, in modeling terms, "Jurassic") San Franciscan is intense and may be a little lacking in the tact department, but she was hardly the villainess whom she was purported to be. A fierce competitor? Yes, absolutely. Driven to the extreme? Yup, that, too. (But Cycle 3 champ "Eva the Diva" Marcille had a much wider mean streak.) As I conducted TVGuide.com's farewell Q&A with Melrose, I couldn't help but feel kind of bad for her. She gave it her all, and all she got was this mere interview, no One Tree Hill gig. The least you can do is read it. (Thanks.)

Geez, did I actually just write that headline? In an interview with The Advocate, Terminator 3 villainess Kristanna Loken coyly clued in the mag to the fact that she is romantically involved with Lost alum Michelle Rodriguez, with whom she costarred in 2005's BloodRayne.... Esquire's "Sexiest Woman Alive" of 2005, Jessica Biel, was spied on an apparent Tuesday-night date with Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter, the New York Post's Page Six reports. I wonder if he turned two? (What does that mean?)

Taryn Manning, Banshee
With her modest but pivotal role as Nola, pimp Terrence Howard's cornrowed pro in Hustle & Flow, Taryn Manning made folks sit up and notice. Now she's front and center in Oxygen's Banshee (premiering Saturday at 9:45 pm/ET), playing a tough-talkin' babe who steals cars with the greatest of ease. Alas, on one fateful night, she boosts the wrong ride, shifting into gear a deadly tale of revenge. TVGuide.com gave Manning a call — and caught this "tough gal" just as she was hollering down the hall to Mom.

Michelle Rodriguez, Lost
Talk about a rough couple of weeks. On April 25 Michelle Rodriguez — who was slapped with a DUI in Hawaii in December — opted to go to jail rather than perform 240 hours of community service. (She was released after serving four days of her five-day sentence.) Then, on May 3, her Lost alter ego, ex-cop Ana Lucia, was gunned down by Michael in a where-did-that-come-from twist. Just days after getting sprung from jail, the free-spi

Before we get to the shocking events of last night's Lost, I have a confession to make: I've known for weeks that Michelle Rodriguez was leaving the show and I said nothing about it in Ask Ausiello. No hints. No spoilers. Not even an asterisk quiz. And you're probably wondering why. Well, it's simple: I knew Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse wanted Ana Lucia's death to be a big surprise to viewers and I wasn't going to be the one to ruin that for them or you. Plus, I knew if I kept my big trap shut, I'd stand a better chance of getting them to spill the beans about the shocking plot twist before it happened, and then be able to post it to my blog the moment the episode was over. All in all, I think it was a pretty fair trade-off. Oh, and you're probably wondering about the fate of Cynthia Watros' Libby since she too was gunned down by Michael last night. I'll have the full story on that next week. But first, let's get to the bottom of M.Ro's ouster.Ausiello: Was it always your ...
