When Stocko, a member of the suburban punk gang Friendly Neighbors, is critically injured by the rival gang Klean Kut Kids (KKK), Captain Fuller sends Hanson undercover to befriend KKK member Brian Gans, whose excellent academic record belies his destructive extracurricular activities.With Doug Penhall posing as his straight-laced step brother, Hanson is indoctrinated into the punk world of spikes, leather and slam-dancing.
