Lifetime has greenlit a TV-movie based on the true-crime novel Murder in Sin City, which chronicles the mysterious 1998 death of a wealthy casino heir.Per the Reporter, Sex & Lies in Sin City will star Matthew Modine as Ted Binion, who was found dead in his Vegas home by his stripper squeeze (played by Mena Suvari). The investigation into Binion's death led to a headline-grabbing trial involving his girlfriend and her con artist boy-on-the-side. A September premiere is planned. — MWM
