Reba's thrilled when Kyra asks her for advice on boys, but she regrets her enthusiasm when she meets Kyra's 17-year-old date (A.J. Trauth). Elsewhere, Van believes that Jake is the victim of a classroom injustice and confronts the boy's teacher.
Hoping to secure adequate funds for Kyra's college education, Reba suggests that Brock sell his country-club membership, but he has an entirely different proposition in mind. Also: Van and Cheyenne pose for a football-program photo.
Reba buys Brock's house and becomes his landlord after Barbra Jean tells her Brock must sell their home to pay his tax debt. But Reba soon regrets it because Barbra Jean starts complaining about everything and ends up suing Reba.

Reba and Van are excited when Houston's top real-estate agent (Tim Meadows) contacts them about working for him, but it turns out he only wants one of them. Also, Brock tries to upgrade his wardrobe to keep up with Barbra Jean's sexy new look.
Barbra Jean decides that having another child might improve her marriage to Brock and she enlists Reba's help in announcing her plan. But it's Brock who may have come to a more important conclusion. Elsewhere, Van and Cheyenne go apartment-hunting.
