Heroes kicks off November sweeps Monday with the reunion of one of the show's most memorable, if tragically separated, couples: Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) and Charlie Andrews (Glee's Jayma Mays).

The duo's brief love affair began in Season 1, but was brought a drastic halt when Sylar (Zachary Quinto) split Charlie's skull to steal her power. Hiro later traveled back in time to prevent Charlie's murder, and though he was successful, she eventually died from a blood clot in her brain. Now facing his own death by brain tumor, Hiro has set out to cross Charlie's name off his bucket list by saving her once and for all. So, will the third time be the charm?
"I think Hiro's learned a little bit more about what he can and can't do," Oka tells TVGuide.com. "There's definitely something he knows and there's the people he's met as well. He's tried over and over again to save Charlie, but this time he has different kind of knowledge that definitely will help out."

Throughout Heroes' "Fugitives" volume, many of the super-powered world savers have been communicating with and taking orders from a mysterious ally named Rebel. This Monday (at 9pm/ET, on NBC), the truth behind that mystery will be revealed. But before that happens, Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) has to babysit a little one seemingly connected to Matt Parkman. We caught up with Oka to get the details on this diapered distraction, what Rebel is really up to, and just when (if it all) Hiro will get his powers back. See what he had to say after the jump

We stopped by a location shoot for NBC's Heroes a few weeks ago, only to find out that Masi Oka's Hiro Nakamura (and a few of your other favorite superfolks) have somehow ended up in Africa. We chatted with Oka about the villainous Season 3 (premiering Monday, Sept. 22 at 9 pm/ET), how the strike affected the story development, and Hiro's speedy new nemesis.

For those who can't wait for the third season of Heroes (premiering Sept. 22), we've got Masi Oka talking about what's in store for Hiro and his new nemesis, Daphne. According to Oka, she's the Joker to his Batman, the Roadrunner to his Wile E. Coyote "except that she says more than 'Meep-meep!'" Check it out!

With his movie Get Smart opening in theaters' this weekend, Heroes star Masi Oka stopped by to pay us a visit to chat about everything from how ridiculously awesome Steve Carell is as a cast mate, his spin-off DVD and his past job working at George Lucas special effects company as a techie. (And yes, he really does have a 180 IQ). Check out what he had to say!

Episode Recap: "Powerless"Im trying to figure out what to write, so Im going over my notes and the last thing I wrote was: "the pet. bro. are so cut"
then Nathan gets shot! WTF.I knew it was coming. A political assasination was predictable at 9:59pm.Possible Spoiler: This is what Ive heard of the fallen heroes: dead, uncertain and healed. We know Maya was healed. Im glad she survived. Personally, Id pick Nathan over her, but the best way to fix a character problem is to get rid of the old and bring in the new. Many have complained about Maya, but you have to imagine her characters possibilities. Shes a weapon of mass destruction and pissed. I cant wait to see her in action. She and Sylar will meet again. So, is it Niki or Nathan that is uncertain? Although Peters healing abilities (and those who've already received blood transfusions from Adam and Claire) are still questionable. Nathan looked like a gone...

Episode Recap: "Cautionary Tales"This episode lived up to everything Heroes means to its fans. It was the best of the season. Im going to write this by character, instead of scene for scene. Well save the best for last.Claire: Now we know exactly how the power of cellular regeneration works. Angela Petrelli explained if the cells continually regenerate, they stop growing old. I think many of us knew that or at least had the right thought process. We dont know how many times Adam or Claire have died. Adam has a 400 year head-start, but Im glad to see Claire will continue to age. I think she would choose a mortal life over Adams. Hiro: To eulogize him is to admit he is gone. Masi Oka was wonderful tonight! He had me in tears. His attempt at saving his father explained so much. Weve all been wondering why didnt Hiro just go back
for so many instances throughout the series. Tonight we g...

Episode Recap: "Out Of Time"Welcome to November Sweeps. The writers are on strike, NBC is green and Heroes is back!If youre reading this, there is a good chance you are a regular at the Heroes TV Guide blog. Lets get right to it.Last week, I mentioned Mr. Bennets sloppy handy work in Ukraine. I knew he would get caught! He also destroyed the remaining paintings. Two of which, came true in tonights episode. The battle between Kensei and Hiro and Peters distraught first look at human extinction. Many of you should give yourselves pats on the back! As I watched tonights episode so many of your predictions and comments in the past weeks came true. Especially, when Kensei turned out to be Adam Monroe! So, Kensei/Adam and Claire are immortal. I think they remain forever young at the age they realize they have powers. It looks like we will never see Claire at happy hour. Who liked this episode as much as I did? I know its been slow...

Heroes: Volume One
"A mere television show couldn't contain us." So says actor Masi Oka in his introduction to the new hardcover book Heroes: Volume One, which compiles all 34 of the online graphic novels posted at NBC.com during the first season of the show (Mondays at 9 pm/ET, NBC). The actor, like his time-stopping character Hiro Nakamura, was raised on Japanese graphic novels — known as mangas — and is still crazy in love with the form.
"As we grow, become adults and gain responsibility, mangas are where I can find sanctuary and still be a kid," Oka writes. "Imagination flows and it's a comfort to know that there are many, many others out there — from all walks of life — enjoying the same experience."
The collection is published by the DC Comics imprint WildStorm and is available in two different covers by comics icons Jim Lee and Alex Ross. It also includes all of Tim Sale's artwork from the se

Episode Recap: The LineHeroes has never made me lose interest, but it did get off to a slow start. I knew tonight would be a good episode. OK, I hoped tonight would be a great episode. It was the lead-in to November sweeps. However, I didnt want to set my expectations too high. Ive noticed a growing trend with network television: they build up the months of November, February and May for Nielsen ratings, and then leave us hanging. Sometimes, the episodes that air during those sweeping months live up to the abundance of promos, previews and annoying scroll lines under everything you watch. Other times, a ferry crashes and we are left with the letters WTF on our minds. That being said, lets recap.Weve all been through high school hell, and Ive watched the genius of Tina Fey's Mean Girls, but do people like the cheerleading captain really exist? If so, then she got what she deserved. (When she wrote the number of pounds to lose on the girls' f...
