Anita O'Day was one of the greatest American Jazz singers and this critically acclaimed award-winning documentary tells her astonishing story - a journey of survival, and above all the enduarance of her talent, told in a number of frank interviews with her and with those who knew her. Her career was long and eventful, spanning seven decades; her last album recorded when she was 84. Anita O'Day only ever wanted to be a singer and the film showcases performances that date back to the 50's with such artists as Gene Krupa, Roy Eldridge, Stan Kenton.

In the near future, rapid aging disease rips through the planet, infecting more than half the population and dividing them into two groups: "cleans" and "infecteds." Once infected, you age one year every day unless you take a daily dose of Anzanol, the only drug that can slow the process. When Ruth Hennessey (Polly Shannon) becomes pregnant by her infected husband, she fears that her baby will be afflicted as well. As her husband dies, he tells her that he was close to finding a cure. His final words send her on a journey to save her unborn baby and, in turn, the rest of the population. Along the way, the man in charge of creating Anzanol will stop at nothing, even murder, to keep his empire thriving.

Director Douglas Keeve captures the glamour and mayhem of high fashion in this eye-popping documentary that follows designer Isaac Mizrahi as he puts together his 1994 runway collection to be presented during New York's fall shows. A slew of supermodels and other famous faces -- including Richard Gere, Sandra Bernhard, Liza Minnelli and Faye Dunaway -- make appearances. The film nabbed the Audience Award at Sundance.
