Home Alone -- When little Kevin McCallister is accidentally left behind when his family dashes off on a Christmas trip, he is left to defend his family's home from two bumbling burglars until the relatives return.

Three buddies sneak off to their secret fort and to their surprise discover a Russian sailor, Mischa, hiding there. The boys eventually decide to help poor Mischa make it back to his home.

Based on a true story, this film centers on a new prison guard at Leavenworth in Kansas, Henry Lesser (Robert Sean Leonard), who takes an interest in burglar and murderer Carl Panzram (James Woods), who has taken to a pad of paper to describe all of his heinous actions. The irreverant Panzram was a loose cannon all the way to his execution -- even pushing out a priest. Cara Buono portrays Esther, Lesser's wife.

It's 1943, and scientist David Herdeg (Brad Johnson) has volunteered to be part of an experiment examining the power of radar technology. But a snafu hurtles him through a time portal and lands him five decades into the future; in the meantime, a parallel trial taking place in 1993 also goes awry, transporting a military plane to Nazi Germany. Can Herdeg find his way back home and save civilization from certain ruin?
