Brian Nathanson and his sidekick Creach appear to be two drug dealers about to make a huge score in a remote stretch of woods. But their suppliers get greedy and devastating gun battle erupts, leaving Creach dead and Brian wounded and left for dead. Nearby, five friends including police officer Bill ?Chick? Cicciolino hear the gunfire and arrive on the scene.

A group of friends head out of town for a rave in the woods, but they find their fun cut short when they're ejected from the party. On the way home, they hit a girl in the road, setting off a chain of nightmarish events. The girl is alive, but she's got a band of bloodthirsty cult members chasing after her, so the friends seek refuge in a nearby town. But there's something about the locals that just doesn't feel right.
