Immigrated to the United States in 1992.
Broke his leg in a skiing accident at age 13. Doctors had to place a metal rod in his leg, and told him he might have a limp for the rest of his life. He astounded them by dancing in a competition six months later.
Owns two dance studios: Rising Stars Dance Academy and Dance With Me Studio.
Cofounder/Board of Directors member of Dance Team USA.
Ranked 7th in the World and 2nd in U.S. Latin Ballroom Dance.
Best known for appearing on Dancing With the Stars. Partners include Tia Carrere (Season 2), Willa Ford (Season 3) and Laila Ali (Season 4).
