Maggie Grace
Amidst much speculation that Lost's final season will at some point stage a full-on reunion of the core Flight 815 group, snarky Shannon's name is the latest to be penciled into the manifest.
What brought on this new buzz? "I'm looking forward to visiting Hawaii soon," Maggie Grace told E! News at a Wednesday event.
Holy Smoke Monster! If Grace is en route to the Aloha State, it must be to film new Lost scenes, right?

Emilie de Ravin, Lost
Tonight on ABC's Lost (9 pm/ET), a crisis involving baby Aaron leads Claire to delve into the unsolved mystery of exactly what happened during her Season 1 kidnapping at the hands of ghoulish Ethan Rom (aka the Other man). TVGuide.com spoke to Aussie beauty Emilie de Ravin about Claire's new adventure, her "hard-to-handle" Lost leading man and her frighteningly fun new role.
TVGuide.com: I have to wonder, having often flitted between Australia and Los Angeles yourself, was it eerie to do a show about a doomed Oz-L.A. flight?Emilie de Ravin: Yeah, kinda! I never really thought about it too much, though. I think it was more odd that Claire was the only Australian survivor. [Laughs]

Maggie Grace on Lost
Nearly three weeks after her tragic death, many fans of ABC's Lost (Wednesdays at 9 pm/ET) still mourn Shannon Rutherford. Sure, Shannon (played by Maggie Grace) was spoiled, emotionally stunted and preoccupied with parading around in bikinis and giving herself pedicures. And yes, she showed questionable judgment when she indulged in an icky precrash hookup with ill-fated stepbrother Boone (Ian Somerhalder). But boy, the girl sure knew how to make an exit.
In Lost's Nov. 9 episode, just as viewers started to get a little insight into what made the rich bitch tick — her daddy died, leaving her with an evil stepmom and (the horror!) no trust fund — she was killed by tri

Question: I have been wondering what your thoughts were on the Nov. 9 episode of Lost. I haven't seen any talk about it and I am wondering if I am the only one who is mad about it. I have to admit that I disliked Shannon at first, but the character started to grow on me, especially after she and Sayid got together. Now she's gone. Why kill Shannon right after Boone? It just seems too easy. Can you help me understand this one, Matt?
Answer: I was traveling on business last week and wasn't able to see the episode until the weekend, by which time I knew exactly what was going to happen (I'd known for weeks who would bite the dust, courtesy of working here, where there are few secrets and spoilers kept, regardless of how hard you try). Even so, I thought it was pretty powerful stuff, as I almost always do where Lost is concerned. For an explanation of "why," pick up the Nov. 21 issue of TV Guide. You may not agree with their reasoning, but it worked for me. Someone's gotta die — they've

ABC's Lost followed through on its promo'd promise to dispatch a major castaway when, in last night's episode, Maggie Grace's babe-a-liscious brat, Shannon, bit the bullet by taking one in the torso — and from "tailie" Ana Lucia's gun, no less! And right after Sayid professed his love!! And not long after those two kids kicked boots!!! The moral of this story, folks? Listen to Walt. Sure, he talks backwards and all, but still....

Josh Holloway and Maggie Grace
When the cast of Lost appeared at last year's San Diego Comic-Con — months before the series' debut — they were greeted by only a small crowd, most of whom were there to spy Lord of the Rings star Dominic Monaghan. Obviously, a lot has changed since then. This year, the returning castaways (and cocreator Damon Lindelof) basked in the cheers of a roomful of passionate fans. "What a welcome that was," an awestruck Maggie Grace told TVGuide.com afterward. "This whole experience is just so overwhelming. A year and a half ago I was just making ends meet; this is a different level completely!" Josh Holloway, back in full Sawyer mode, complete with stubble and flowin

Question: I've heard there's going to be a remake of The Fog. Do you have any news you can share? I remember it as one of the most frightening movies I ever saw.
Answer: The remake of John Carpenter's The Fog (1980), helmed by Stigmata (1999) director Rupert Wainwright, has already wrapped and is due for release by Sony Pictures in October 2005, just in time for Halloween. The cast includes Selma Blair, Maggie Grace of TV's Lost and Tom Welling, who plays Clark Kent on the series Smallville. The story, which involves a small

All the world knows Dominic Monaghan as Merry Brandybuck, one of those brave li'l hobbits from the Lord of the Rings film trilogy. Now he has another major hit on his hands with ABC's Lost, the suspense drama about plane-crash survivors stranded on a desert isle where something even scarier than Jerri Manthey is roaming the forest. The 28-year-old Brit plays Charlie, the junkie rock star, whose tragic backstory is revealed tonight at 8 pm/ET. Yes, Charlie finally gets his very own flashback episode! Just before jetting off to Lost's Hawaiian set, Monaghan sat down with TV Guide Online in Hollywood, where he lives during his downtime, to give us a juicy preview.TV Guide Online: LOTR took you three years in New Zealand. Now you're sequestered in Hawaii for Lost. When do you see your family? Or are ya on the run, like Kate?Dominic Monaghan: Yeah, kind of! But my parents are pretty much like me. They move around quite a lot. R

Maggie Grace may be the officially designated hot chick on ABC's Lost (Wednesdays at 8 pm/ET), but her character, Shannon, is also the scripted-Survivor series' most obnoxious. So if we were her, we'd be worried about hungry plane-crash near-casualties starting to look at the vain vixen as a piece of meat in the literal sense.
"Like the Donner Party? Let's hope it doesn't come to that!" the actress says, laughing nervously at TV Guide Online's suggestion. "The producers are definitely pushing some limits, but between you and me, I don't think ABC's standards and practices department would allow cannibalism."
Assuming that Shannon doesn't end up being turned into bratwurst, she still seems likely to become a, ahem, tasty morsel for the island's menfolk. In particular, she has caught the eye of rocker Charlie. Despite the fact that this legend in his own mind is played by Lord of the Rings hobbit Dominic Monaghan, Grace predicts th
