When 140 million people suddenly disappear from the planet in a Rapture-like event, those left behind must figure out how to go on without their loved ones. Unfortunately, The Leftovers won't venture to answer the why too quickly — if at all — making Damon Lindelof's new HBO drama seem almost as mythos-heavy as his last, the sometimes frustratingly intricate Lost.
Starring Justin Theroux, Liv Tyler, Christopher Eccleston and Amy Brenneman, The Leftovers picks up three years after the big departure and follows the lives of those struggling to get by. With the time jump, Lindelof hopes...

Tyler will star opposite Justin Theroux in The Leftovers, a drama that takes place after a Rapture-like even happens. The project, based on Tom Perrotta's book, will follow the people who survived the event and must figure out how to go on without their loved ones. Tyler will play Meg, a woman on the verge of marriage who needs an escape, thus becoming the target of the mysterious cult.
Anthony Ryan Auld, Emilio Sosa and Uli Herzner
Project Runway crowned its second All-Stars champ Thursday night. In a typical all-stars twist to make the competition more difficult (and more torturous!) the remaining three designers only had four days to complete a full mini collection with as many (or few) pieces as they wished using a budget of $3,000.
So did Uli, Emilio or Anthony Ryan win? Let's take a look at the final harrowing runway:

Looks like theyre giving the big green guy another go on the big screen (rightfully so considering what a let down the last one was) except this time, Edward Norton will be the destructive beast that is the Hulk. Honestly, were kinda annoyed by all the buzz about Norton being diva regarding the final cut of the movie. But, as long as the CGIs actually look decent, well stop complaining. Your take: Whos excited for the Hulk? Think it has a fighting chance to really capture the comic, or will it flop like the last film attempt?
"Are you feeling the feeling that I'm feeling?" I hope so, because I'm enjoying this show so much that I might turn into Mel II. When Bret and Jemaine finished singing those lyrics, Mel and Murray were two of three people clapping in the audience. Saturday Night Live's Will Forte played Ben, a dry cleaner and semiprofessional actor whom the duo asks to tell Murray that he's from a record company and to give him a rejection call to boost his spirits about the direction of the band. We all need a little rejection to feel better, right? When a brainstorming session to elicit a larger audience is going slowly, and Bret's idea to hand out free pencils at each gig gets nixed, the first song of the evening was presented in a video scrapbook to "Cheer Up Murray." The well-meaning guys sang about Murray's helluva good English bulldog, his wife having met someone on the Net, and that his friends are Bret, Jemaine and Greg. (Have we heard about Greg before?) Forte was perfectly cast as he match...
The Missing: Tobey Maguire
Question: I'm hoping you can help me solve a little mystery that has been driving me nuts for years. I'm a big fan of Empire Records, with Liv Tyler, a then-unknown Renée Zellweger and others. Tobey Maguire is listed in the credits and he's talked about the movie in interviews, mainly in the context of working on it during a very difficult time in his life and being absent from the set a lot. My friends and I have watched the movie — both the original and the extended-DVD versions — more times than I can tell you, but we've never been able to locate him! Does he actually appear in it and, if so, where?
Answer: Tobey Maguire, then 19 and the product of a rootless upbringing and
